1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video as proof.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
- Any request without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
2. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Where available, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the item.
- If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, you will be required to ship the item back to us at your own cost.
3. Refund Policy
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or gift cards, which can be used for future purchases.
- The store credit will be issued after quality inspection of the returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If the item received is damaged or defective, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an opening video as proof.
- We will review the claim and process a replacement or store credit accordingly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Accessories or items marked as Final Sale.
- Products without an unboxing video or reported after 24 hours of delivery.
